The AWS40 (HT) is the high temperature version of our AWS40 load cell, engineered for high temperature environments. This precision instrument works in both tension and compression applications, making it versatile for various industrial needs.

 

Disc Load Cells

Disc load cells, also known as canister or compression load cells, are used to measure heavy compression loads with high accuracy. Designed to hold a load at one point and measure compression along a single axis, they are made from steel alloy and feature four strain gauges arranged in a Wheatstone bridge formation. Highly resistant to bending and external forces, disc load cells are easier to mount and are ideal for applications requiring precise compression measurements and robust performance. Single Point Load Cells

Load Pins

Load pins are a type of load cell that connect force-transmitting machine elements and measure the force acting on the sensor. Often used in overhead equipment like cranes and lifts, they can be integrated into existing systems without new construction. Made of stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance, load pins contain a bored center with strain gauges that convert force into an electrical signal. Capable of measuring both static and dynamic forces, they provide accurate readings even in extreme environments. Load pins can replace bolts, clevis, sheave, and equalizer pins, consistently monitoring vertical or horizontal tension.
