This swivel foot load cell is designed to be attached directly under the existing support structure of a bailer, floor scale , packing machine, silo, hopper, bin or other vessels, enabling the contents to be weighed, eliminating the need for complicated works to fit load cell assemblies underneath the legs or sub-frame.

The swivel foot load cells replaces a load cell mount assembly (comprising of load cell, spacer plate, standard swivel foot etc) which is normally used in a load cell installation. Strain gauges in this swivel foot load cell are fixed in a laser-cut pocket and sealed to achieve environmental protection .
It is easy to install this load cell, all you need is an M12 threaded hole underneath in the frame . The load cell is designed to handle non-axial load and the height of the foot is adjustable, making the leveling of the scale very easy.
You can make a weighing system with 1-4 load cells, with a 4 load cell system giving best accuracy of 0.1% of scale capacity.
